Medical Receptionist Compensation
- The pay for this position is $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Medical Receptionist Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is:
- Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
- 100% on-site

- Sorts and files records, and assists staff or department in performing other clerical tasks requiring limited knowledge of systems or procedures
- Answers telephone, conveys messages, and runs errands
- Stamps, sorts, and distributes mail
- Setting up meetings in Outlook for management
- Processing invoices and expense reports
- Gather/compile/track/follow up on division tasks
- Scans, sorts, and files documents
- Checks and compares data for accuracy and completeness
- Gathers specified information and compiles routine reports
- May enter data into a computer system
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Medical Receptionist Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task multiple projects with accuracy
- Good oral and written communication and organizational skills
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all employee and/or client information
- Experience in using Microsoft Outlook and scheduling
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
