Patient Case Coordinator
Training for the first 3 weeks is 8: 30a-5p
Will be taking inbound calls from patients, doctor offices and pharmacies.
- Will be following a call script.
MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Organized and detailed.
Do not need background in Health Insurance but would be a plus.
Outstanding customer service skills.
