Senior Financial Analyst Compensation

• Salary Range: $80,000/year - $90,000/year (dependent on education and years of experience)
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on oureligibility dates

Senior Financial Analyst Highlights

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities

• Provide analytical operations support using a variety of data sources. Analyze and interpret data to provide information for management decisions.
• Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity, develop proposals and strategies for program development and revisions to existing programs.
• Identify cost control and cost management issues and recommend actions to resolve.
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of a variety of strategic and operational studies and analyses to improve system performance and make recommendations for operational improvements.
• Responsible for maintaining reporting data integrity by verifying accuracy of data.
• Provide assistance and support in implementing new systems.
• Must be comfortable working with large sets of data.

Senior Financial Analyst Requirements

• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting business finance healthcare administration or related area. – Required
• Five years of prior experience in healthcare finance or healthcare financial analysis to include experience working with hospital clinical/claim and financial data working with large databases cost experience data extraction and analysis and the ability to extract data and analyze using a variety of tools including SQL Access Excel. – Required

Senior Financial Analyst Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration or healthcare administration – Preferred
• One year of experience with healthcare contract management/reimbursement systems and knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies. – Preferred
• Tableau experience. - Strongly Preferred
• Cost accounting experience. - Strongly Preferred
