This role is integral part of the team as they will support the team members to achieve hirer success.  This position is ideal for someone who has strong attention to details, is driven to outperform expectations, and is self-motivated. This candidate must be motivated by success and must adapt to the different needs of the business. 


  • Attend daily and weekly update meetings internally
  • Enter Non-VMS clients and job openings into Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Source candidates via Boolean searches within ATS, multiple databases, job boards, and social media to create call lists for recruiting team.
  • Update job openings throughout multiple sites based on needs/changes.
  • Follow-up with potential candidates as need to assist recruiting team.
  • Format resumes to present to clients.
  • Assist recruiting team in their day to day functions as needed
  • Assist team lead with daily activities


  • 1-5 years of relevant recruiting and/or HR support experience
  • Proficient with MS office, especially in Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience with passive sourcing, preferred
  • LinkedIn Recruited/Job Board experience a plus
  • Boolean search string experience preferred
  • Experienced with applicant tracking systems, preferred
  • Well versed in candidate sourcing solutions
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to change as needed.
