Pharmacy Customer Service Professional Compensation
- The pay for this position is $17/hr
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Pharmacy Customer Service Professional Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Mon-Fri with an every other Saturday requirement. Mon-Fri 7am-6:15pm, Sat 7:45am - 4:15pm
Pharmacy Customer Service Professional Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from both new and existing customers
- Coordinate Prior Authorizations for medications
- Update customers on the status of their orders
- Provide outstanding customer service to each caller
Pharmacy Customer Service Professional Requirements
- Pharmacy Assistant License in the state of Washington REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Pharmacy Customer Service Professional Qualifications
- Pharmacy Experience
- The goal to become a pharmacy technician
