A-Line Staffing is now hiring Part-Time Pharmacists in the greater Kansas City, MO area. The Part-Time Pharmacist would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be part time / 15+ hours per week. Assisting with immunizations and dispensing.

Part-Time Pharmacist Compensation
- The pay for this position is $63.00 per hour
- Paid biweekly
Pharmacist Highlights
- This position is a Seasonal W2 contract assignment with potential for extension based on performance and business needs, assisting with immunizations and dispensing
- Extensions currently through 01/30/2024 with additional extensions or conversions to be determined
- The required availability for this position is 15 hours a week, normal location hours:
- Monday through Friday: 8am-8pm
- Sat: 8am-6pm
- Sun: 10am-6pm
- May travel to other local pharmacies other than primary location as needed (Within a 30 miles radius)
Pharmacist Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Staff Pharmacist, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. In addition to supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, you are accountable for supporting the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. Workflow Management -
A key component of the Staff Pharmacist role is keeping your customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. Additionally, you will:
Lead with Heart – display empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues on your team
Motivate, inspire and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues’ strengths, address development opportunities and decrease knowledge gaps
Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy
Successfully implement those solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goals
Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting

Actively contribute to a ‘team’ culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm and pride
Pharmacist Requirements
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization e.g. APhA
- Valid Drivers License
- Education Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
