Bilingual Spanish Case Manager Compensation
- The pay for this position is $33.78 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Bilingual Spanish Case Manager Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is Mon-Fri 8-5
Bilingual Spanish Case Manager Responsibilities
- Determines medical necessity/ appropriateness.
- Facilitates optimal outcomes.
- Identifies and follow through with continuous quality/ compliance opportunities. May also include identification of aberrances and initiation of corrective action
- Educates/ empowers customers to ensure compliance, satisfaction and promote patient advocacy.
- Optimize total costs.
- Implementation and evaluation of policy based on usage and program directives.
- Educate/empower colleagues at all levels to enable decision making at most appropriate level.
Job Requirements
Bilingual Spanish Case Manager Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in case management.
- BA in a Human Services or related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
Bilingual Spanish Case Manager Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience using a EMR
