Position: Business Systems Analyst – Enrollment Configuration
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Rate: 43.69/hr on w-2 (No C2C or third party candidates will be accepted on this role.

Role Overview:
Join the Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment Configuration team as a core member, developing targeted solutions for the our platform. This role is responsible for configuring efficient, cost-effective solutions supporting Medicare enrollment operations, including Medicare Advantage, MAPD, PDP, and potentially Medicaid products.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on designing and configuring enrollment applications specific to Medicare operations on the NextGen platform.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and build efficient configurations using program development tools and SQL/PLSQL.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing and support integration and system testing to ensure high-quality configuration outcomes.
  • Perform system maintenance, problem resolution, and on-call support for existing systems.
  • Partner with business teams for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support processes for implementing systems into production.
  • Review and sign off on design documents, configurations, and contribute to technical coaching for team members.

Required Qualifications:
  • PLSQL/Oracle Databases: Intermediate to Advanced skills (2-4 years)
  • Application Development: Experience with software development life cycles (2-4 years)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with platforms such as Market Prominence and MHK Enrollment, Billing, and Correspondence.
  • Background in IT/Release & Resource Management and experience in Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment and Billing Operations (2-4 years).
  • Leadership experience in creating accountability, driving compliance, and executing strategy.
  • Experience working on complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong relationship management skills, especially at senior levels.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
