Urgent Care LPN (Day shift) Compensation
- The pay for this position is $30.41 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is starting at 30 hours per week up to a possible 40 hours and may require floating to other nearby locations and working alternating weekends
- Provide holistic evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment diagnosis treatment management of health problems health counseling and disposition planning for our patients.
- This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention sexually transmitted infection STI Prevention and safer sex practices.
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
- Administer immunizations and injections to include but not limited to COVID19 influenza TB and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education. bull Assess patients during intake
- Take vital signs
- Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG Retinopathy screening
- Perform Point of care testing including COVID testing
- Perform patient registration and intake assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
- Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience
- Help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities
- LPN / LVN must have a full, active and unrestricted license
- BLS Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- Prior urgent care experience is a plus, but not required
