Mail Processor II Compensation
- $18.56 per hour
- Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- 401(k) with company match after 1 year of service on eligibility dates
- Contract assignment with potential to hire based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (weekday shift)
- On-site role in Scottsdale, AZ
- Interview process: phone interview + onsite interview
- Operate large production-class printers for digital printing
- Fold and insert printed materials into various envelopes using inserter machines
- Verify print jobs against documentation and ensure accurate, on-time completion
- Perform general mailroom functions in a fast-paced environment with strict time schedules
- Handle materials including envelope/paper boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
- Use Microsoft business software (Excel, Outlook, PDFs) during daily workflow
- High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods throughout the shift
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and working with PDFs
- Ability to multitask and work accurately under tight deadlines
- Experience in a print shop, production printing, or mailroom environment
- Familiarity with production equipment (e.g., inserter machines and production-class printers)
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
