Job Description
- Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, patient follow-up, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
- Encourage patient participation in healthcare through health screenings and chronic condition management.
- Collaborate with a clinical care team to improve patient outcomes.
- Position requires working every other weekend and possible holiday rotations.
- This is an in-person, patient-facing role.
- Monday-Friday 8:30am to 7:30pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:30pm, and Sunday 9:00am to 4:30pm.
- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license.
