Job Description
- Provide primary and family evidenced-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling.
- Handle administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, maintaining inventory, and collecting payments.
- Conduct routine examinations and coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Encourage patients to engage actively in their healthcare through wellness services and health screenings.
- Collaborate with a clinical care team to improve patient outcomes.
- Shifts/Clinic hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Sat 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Sun 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- This position requires working every other weekend with possible holiday rotations.
- Onsite as needed.
- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and state license.
- A minimum of 1 year of recent primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner or completion of CVS Minute Clinic training.
