Job Description
- Provide primary and family evidenced-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Perform administrative duties such as clinic opening/closing, inventory management, and patient follow-up.
- Handle patient appointments, conduct routine examinations, and ensure positive health outcomes.
- Engage patients in healthy lifestyle choices and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Encourage patient participation in healthcare management through screenings and chronic condition management.
- Must have a current BLS certification; will require working every other weekend with possible holiday rotations.
- Position is safety sensitive and requires collaboration with a clinical care team.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State license to practice.
- A minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
