FNP Compensation
- The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour, paid weekly
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
FNP Highlights
- Required availability:
- Average 32 hours per week
- Hours of operation:
- Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM–7:30 PM
- Sat: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Sun: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Biweekly schedule totals 65 hours (one week at 38 hours, the next at 27 hours)
- Start Date: Approximately 4 weeks from offer
- Potential for Direct Hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs
FNP Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based Primary and Family Care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and care management
- Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment
- Manage patient appointments and conduct routine examinations to support optimal health outcomes
- Conduct diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Educate and encourage patients to engage in healthy lifestyle choices and participate actively in their wellness, preventive care, and chronic condition management
FNP Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in VA
- Experience providing primary or family care in a clinical setting
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and patient-care skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in urgent care, primary care, or walk-in clinic settings
- Experience with diagnostic testing and patient education
