Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Compensation
- The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for eligible employees with 1 year of service.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is full-time, 27–38 hours per week, including every other weekend with possible holiday rotations.
- Provide primary and family evidenced-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
- Collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to drive better outcomes for a patient panel.
- Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, and collecting payment.
- Handle patient appointments and conduct routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
- Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices.
- Complete diagnostic tests to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive care plans.
- Promote patient engagement in health and wellness services such as screenings, behavioral health, and chronic condition management.
- Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current National Board Certification.
- Active license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine or primary care preferred.
- Knowledge of quality measurement in chronic disease management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in information management and technology.
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures.
- Ability to collaborate frequently with professional colleagues to ensure quality patient care.
- Experience working remotely in a clinical care team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
