A-Line Staffing is now hiring a PHARMACY TECHNICIAN in Seattle, WA  98104 USA! The PHARMACY TECHNICIAN would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN Compensation
  • The pay for this position is based on experience

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN Highlights
  • This position is a contract role
  • The required availability for this position is Monday - Friday: flexible (8a-6p) 30 min lunch and 2, 15 min breaks
  • Salary: $24/hr

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN Responsibilities
  • This position makes and takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process.
  • Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.
  • Processing prescriptions (running the claims for refills), work closely with clinical pharmacist making sure the proper calls are being triaged according to importance.

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician.
  • Will be using RxConnect (CVS software - will train) and Asembia (used to track refills and document counseling - will train)
  • Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • MUST HAVE WA LICENSE
  • Must be vaccinated/exemptions will be considered
