Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate (Shipping & Inventory) {16999}
Location: Monroeville, PA
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $17.50/hour (paid biweekly)
Employment Type: Contract assignment with potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs
We are currently hiring a Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate (Shipping & Inventory) in Monroeville, PA. This position supports pharmacy operations by preparing and shipping patient medication orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing warehouse stock, and ensuring timely, compliant fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- $17.50 per hour paid biweekly (W2)
- Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days
- 401(k) with company match after 1 year of service on eligibility dates
Position Highlights

Responsibilities
- Coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment
- Maintain warehouse inventory in a clean and organized manner
- Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts
- Restock pharmacy picking areas
- Retrieve and organize shipping documents and labels
- Assist with packing and shipping medications
- Track shipped packages and report delivery issues
- Organize daily shipping reports for Branch Manager review
- Receive non-pharmaceutical supplies via back dock
- Support purchase orders, inventory receiving, reconciliation, and product selection under pharmacist supervision
- Manage pharmaceutical product levels and returned goods according to SOP guidelines
- Utilize computer systems along with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license (required)
- 1+ year of warehouse or purchasing experience preferred
- Data entry experience helpful
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Basic computer and 10-key skills; typing speed of 20 WPM preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attendance is mandatory during the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of packing and shipping with national carriers
- Ability to operate a pallet jack preferred
