- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
- Manage all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel, inventory, and workflow management.
- Implement patient care programs aimed at keeping customers and patients healthy.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and team members.
- Motivate and develop pharmacy support staff by balancing assignments, addressing development needs, and decreasing knowledge gaps.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to solutions that improve pharmacy growth and performance.
- Lead team efforts to achieve goals and adapt to a dynamic community healthcare environment.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-9pm, Sat 9am-6pm, Sun 10am-6pm.
