Clinical Care LVN/LPN Float (Full-Time Contract) — Fall River, MA
A-Line Staffing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time float role supporting a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. This is a patient-facing, onsite position and may require floating to nearby locations.

A-Line Staffing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time float role supporting a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. This is a patient-facing, onsite position and may require floating to nearby locations.
Urgent Care (Float) LPN Location
- Fall River, MA (02720)
- Full-time: ~32–40 hours/week (typically ~38 hrs/week)
- Every other weekend required
- Shifts are generally 7–10 hours during clinic operating hours
- Schedules built in 6-week blocks after initial training/orientation
- May include some major holidays
- $37.17/hr (pay rate)
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a clinic setting
- Perform patient intake, clinical support, and treatment tasks within scope
- Administer medications/treatments per protocol
- Document thoroughly in an EMR
- Collaborate with a clinical care team to support safe, efficient patient flow
To be successful here, we need someone with recent hands-on clinical experience in:
- Urgent Care and/or Emergency Care and/or Primary Care
(This is a key requirement—candidates coming only from LTC/SNF/home health/LTAC backgrounds typically struggle in this environment.)
Also required:
- Active LVN/LPN license in good standing (no disciplinary actions)
- Current BLS certification (valid through at least 30+ days beyond start)
- Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing experience
- 1+ year related healthcare experience
- Comfortable with EMR systems (Epic strongly preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED
