- Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
- Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses.
- Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities.
- Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being.
- Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources.
- Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records.
- Keep an organized, well stocked, clean clinic at all times.
- Shift will be created in 6-week blocks following 3 weeks of training/orientation.
- Work schedule typically includes two or three weekdays and every other weekend.
- Some major holidays are included in the working schedule.
- Full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
