Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN PT Float- 30 Hrs - MC
Sterling, VA
All MinuteClinic positions are safety sensitive.
- Utilize advanced clinical expertise to assess patient needs, administer treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor vital signs, evaluate complex patient conditions, and document treatment responses.
- Perform routine assessments for patient health and well-being.
- Manage patient access to healthcare, connect with community resources, and conduct medication reviews.
- Develop and administer mental health assessments, screen for depression, and evaluate mood and behavior.
- Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Remote/On-site: Onsite as needed
Shift/Hours: Variable, 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours, working 2-3 weekdays and every other weekend
