- Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
- Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses.
- Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being.
- Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources for medication administration, self-care techniques, and disease management.
- Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records.
- Keep an organized, well-stocked, clean clinic at all times.
- Work schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following the 3 weeks of training/orientation; typical shifts will be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours.
- This is an onsite position; attendance is required for patient-facing duties.
- The LPN/LVN must have a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
- Minimum of one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting.
