: Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN PT - MC
: Sunbury, OH

- Assess patient needs and administer treatments and medications, including oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical drugs.
- Monitor vital signs, evaluate complex patient conditions, and document treatment responses accurately.
- Perform routine health assessments to ensure patient well-being and identify abnormalities.
- Manage patient access to healthcare resources and facilitate medication management and disease education.
- Conduct medication reviews to identify side effects and drug interactions.
- Develop and administer mental health assessments, including screening for depression and evaluating cognitive and emotional status.

- Remote: No
- Shift/Hours: 7-10 hours during clinic hours, typically two or three weekdays and every other weekend
- Environment: In-person, patient-facing role at onsite clinic
- Compliance: Safety-sensitive position following clinical safety protocols

- Active and unrestricted license as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification in BLS (expires no less than 30 days past start date)
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency room settings; phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing experience preferred
