- Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
- Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses.
- Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities.
- Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being.
- Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources.
- Conduct medication reviews to identify potential side effects and drug interactions.
- Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records.
- Shift schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following 3 weeks of training/orientation.
- Shifts can be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours.
- Required to work a typical week of two or three weekdays and every other weekend.
- This role requires working on some major holidays.
- Full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse.
- Minimum one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting.
