The MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, chronic condition management, and disposition planning. Providers will work alongside a clinical care team focused on improving patient outcomes and delivering high-quality care.

Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Schedule
- 30–40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekend and holiday rotations may apply (three out of every six weekends unless otherwise noted)
- Provide primary and family healthcare services including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions.
- Evaluate and treat patients through routine examinations, acute care visits, chronic condition management, and preventative health services.
- Provide patient education regarding healthy lifestyle choices, wellness, screenings, and disease prevention.
- Perform diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
- Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare and wellness goals.
- Complete administrative responsibilities including:
- Clinic opening and closing procedures
- Inventory management
- Patient follow-up
- Insurance verification and payment collection
- Maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment
- Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic health record (EHR).
- Work collaboratively with the clinical care team to support quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current National Board Certification.
- Active NP license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in one of the following:
- Family Medicine
- Primary Care Practice
- Urgent Care
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA).
- Ability to provide proof of active license and BLS certification.
- Strong knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measures.
- Ability to practice autonomously while collaborating effectively with healthcare teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.
- Experience managing chronic care patients.
- Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient, urgent care, or retail health environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical systems (EMS/EHR platforms).
- DEA registration may be required during onboarding.
- High-speed internet and technology proficiency may be required for clinical systems.
- Prior CVS/Aetna experience is not required.
- Patient-facing clinical role.
- Onsite as needed.
- Reports directly to the Practice Manager.
