Job Description:
- Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Perform routine examinations, order diagnostic tests, and coordinate patient care plans with healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and conduct health screenings, behavioral health, and chronic condition management.
- Carry out administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, verifying insurance, and collecting payments.
- Manage patient appointments, facilitate follow-up, and ensure positive health outcomes.
- Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, three weekdays, and every other weekend.
- Remote work: Able to work remotely within a clinical team environment.
- Environment: In-person role, onsite as needed.
- Compliance/submission notes: Verify with a Recruiter or Staffing Manager!
- Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current National Board Certification and State of Employment license for Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures.
