A-Line Staffing is now hiring for a 3rd shift IV Pharmacist. The Pharmacist will be working for a leading pharmacy services provider in Charlotte, NC and have career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:

• The pay for this position is $65.00 per hour

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights:

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs

• Required availability: Overnight shifts, 5 days/week with rotating weekends

  • Schedule Option 1: 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM

  • Schedule Option 2: Fluctuates between 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM and 8:30 PM – 2:00 AM (varies day to day)

• Location: 3300 Monroe Road, STE E & F, Charlotte, NC 28205

Responsibilities:

• Provide monitoring and oversight for all infusion patients

• Assess therapy appropriateness, allergies, and interactions

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and sterile compounding standards

• Maintain documentation and clinical monitoring

• Perform dose calculations and program infusion pumps

• Handle drug interaction and safety issue communications

• Support IV order processing as needed

• Answer drug-related questions specific to IV therapy

• Train and assess rotating pharmacists and technicians

• Stay updated on policies, clinical programs, infusion therapies, and devices

• Participate in on-call rotation as required

Requirements:

Education:

• Required: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or higher

Qualifications:

• Current and active Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of NC

• IV/Infusion experience preferred (not required)

• Management experience preferred
