Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative (Banking) – Direct Hire Compensation
- $27.00 per hour
- Benefits available after 90 days
- 401(k) with company match after 1 year of service (on eligibility dates)
- Direct Hire (permanent hire)
- On-site in Rio Rancho, NM
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Schedule includes flexibility for weekends and holidays
- Training start date: Monday, August 3, 2026
- Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
You will support bank clients by handling service needs while identifying opportunities to recommend and fulfill the best banking products and solutions.
Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative (Banking) – Direct Hire Responsibilities
- Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending solutions
- Respond to customer inquiries/concerns and create customized solutions
- Sell and fulfill banking products (checking/savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans)
- Refer clients to licensed partners when appropriate
- Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions
- Follow risk and compliance processes for every transaction
- High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent)
- Bilingual Spanish (required)
- Ability to work an in-office schedule that can include weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills; comfortable with coaching and change
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- Banking/financial services experience
- Call center experience
- Telephone sales / cross-sell / upsell experience
