Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker Compensation
- $27.00 per hour (W2)
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service (per eligibility dates)
- Direct-hire, full-time position (40 hours/week)
- On-site role (in-office)
- Schedule includes flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Overtime available
- No relocation / No sponsorship
- Training start date: Monday, October 5, 2026
- Training schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Connect clients with banking solutions to help them meet financial goals
- Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering needs and recommending products/services
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns; create customized solutions
- Sell and fulfill banking products (checking/savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans)
- Identify needs that require licensed partners and make referrals as appropriate
- Quote rates/terms/programs for banking solutions
- Manage risk on transactions using available tools and processes
- Bilingual Spanish required
- High School Diploma / GED / equivalent
- Comfortable with computers (intermediate proficiency)
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; organized and self-motivated
- Able to engage clients, explain options in plain language, build rapport, and handle objections
- Comfortable with feedback/coaching and learning new technology/processes
- Attendance is mandatory during the first 90 days of employment
- Banking/financial industry experience
- Call center experience
- Telephone sales experience
