ACT Supervisor (LMSW) Compensation
- The pay for this position is $36.31 – $49.13 per hour (based on licensure and experience)
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility date
ACT Supervisor (LMSW) Highlights
The required availability for this position is:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (as needed)
- Evening, weekend, and on-call coverage based on program needs
ACT Supervisor (LMSW) Responsibilities
- Oversee the administrative and clinical operations of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program
- Ensure identification, engagement, and ongoing support of eligible participants
- Supervise and lead a multidisciplinary ACT team
- Provide direct clinical services to program participants as needed
- Ensure adherence to ACT fidelity standards and best practices
- Support crisis intervention and provide after-hours coverage when required
- Collaborate with clients, families, and community partners
- Track, analyze, and report program data and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all organizational and regulatory standards
ACT Supervisor (LMSW) Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Required: Full Michigan LMSW license
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with adults with serious mental illness
- Must meet Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) criteria within 120 days
- Must obtain or work toward:
- Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor (CAADC)
- Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS)
- Strong crisis management and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
ACT Supervisor (LMSW) Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a community mental health setting
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience working on an ACT team
- Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Strong cultural competency and client-centered approach
