Job Description:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Small Business commercial lines service team, ensuring timely processing of policy transactions.
- Assist with policy administration, including processing policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.
- Prepare certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and auto ID cards, and review carrier documents for accuracy.
- Support renewal procedures by gathering updated exposure information and tracking renewal timelines.
- Assist in preparing submission packages for carriers and obtaining necessary underwriting documentation from clients.
- Respond to routine client requests and coordinate communications with insurance carriers and vendors.
- Maintain electronic client files, ensure accurate data entry, and document all communication in the agency management system.

- Remote (US) - Pacific Time business hours preferred
- High-volume, transaction-driven role supporting multiple accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate workflow processing and documentation compliance
- Manage a high daily volume of service requests while maintaining quality standards
- Support the team during peak periods and escalations as needed

Education/Licenses Needed:
- Active California Property & Casualty broker-agent license
- Reliable proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn agency systems quickly
