Job Description:
A-Line Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Account Management Coordinator to join our team. This remote role will support Managed Care solutions, GMB routing, customer outreach, and act as a key point of contact between customers, pharmacies, and sales teams.
Job Name Schedule & Location:
- Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or other specified shift hours)
- Location: Remote
Job Name Salary/Wage:
- Salary: $21.00 per hour
Job Name Duties:
- Possess basic knowledge of all Managed Care solutions
- GMB Routing and Monitoring
- Manage customer outreach through email, phone, live chat, and intake forms
- Oversee an average of 10-15 customer cases at a time
- Answer 15-40 incoming calls per day from pharmacies and sales teams
- Act as the Managed Care point of contact during conference calls with pharmacy chains and buying groups
- Attend and actively participate in daily team huddles and cross-departmental meetings
- Identify, track, and address customer pain points
- Ensure adherence to department SOPs, SLAs, and goals
- Implement processes that enhance customer satisfaction and overall experience
Job Name Required Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Maintain an organized and structured approach to daily responsibilities
- Adaptability to the dynamic healthcare landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required)
- Experience in managed care, reimbursement, or in-store pharmacy (preferred)
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor, with strong rapport-building skills with customers and sales teams

- Reliable internet connection for remote work
