Title: Account Manager

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

This position is currently being offered on a 3-day onsite, 2-day at home Hybrid Work Schedule

Position Overview: 

The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of one or more client partnerships; providing a wide range of operational and administrative support. This individual will work with various team members to ensure client deliverables meet/exceed quality targets. This includes review and analysis of the customer information and reporting to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the related work product. Responsibilities include effective and concise daily interaction with the client via phone and/or email. The candidate must be very detailed with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrate and execute a willingness to work with various teams throughout the organization in an effort to sustain and/or exceed client expectations.

Position Requirements:

3 or more years demonstrated experience in the following areas:
•             Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative
•             Detail oriented with a strong desire to produce quality results
•             Ability to cultivate productive and strong working relationships within the team, department, and clients
•             Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skills both independently and collaboratively with team members, peers and managers in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
•             Excellent time management and organization skills
•             Strong interpersonal and communications skills
•             Effective proficiency with office automation software – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
•             Basic knowledge of data processing and systems concepts a plus

Responsibilities:

•             Manage and support one or more clients’ day to day processes
•             Provide guidance to clients that produce effective and efficient solutions to meet their business needs
•             Maintain effective contact with the client at all times
•             Support initiatives within the clients’ contract terms
•             Effectively document and communicate clients’ projects and directives
•             Work with various members of the department to analyze and review data to ensure accuracy based on the clients’ requirements
•             Review client reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to established standards
•             Prepare precise reports with adherence to established standards and quality for the client
•             Perform quality assurance evaluation and testing of client data
•             Assist the Account Services team with scheduling and execution of client Web training sessions.
