Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journal entries related to billing activities
- Provide general ledger oversight and support audit responses
- Reconcile accounts and bank statements
- Prepare financial statements including:
- Profit and loss statements
- Balance sheets
- Cash flow statements
- Create tax and regulatory filings
- Provide guidance on cost accounting matters
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients
- Support accounting operations with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with account reconciliations and general ledger functions
- Ability to support audits and regulatory filings
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Pay: $25.61/hour
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Onsite role in Louisville, KY
- Potential for extension of an additional 2-3 months based on business needs
- Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service
