- Perform a full range of accounting duties including accounts receivable, payable, and collection activities.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of transactions according to company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain systematic processing of accounts receivable, such as invoicing, posting payments, processing deposits, and preparing credit memos.
- Follow up on aging accounts over 30 days and contact clients regarding outstanding accounts.
- Manage accounts payable, including vendor invoicing, payments, and W-9 documentation, ensuring timely vendor bill approval and payment.
- Prepare and ensure accurate completion of month-end, quarterly, and year-end reports.
- Maintain billing and accounting files, ensuring confidentiality and security of financial information.
- Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time.
- Workplace type: In-person.
- No travel required.
