Accounts Payable Representative Compensation
• The pay for this position is $20.54 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Accounts Payable Representative Highlights
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Accounts Payable Representative Responsibilities
• Collect and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and legitimacy
• Prioritize and process payments in accordance with company policies and invoice terms
• Supervise and support team members handling invoice data entry and payment processing
• Reconcile payments with company bank accounts and maintain accurate records for auditing
• Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors
• Maintain clear communication with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Utilize Excel and other accounting tools to manage and track payable data

Accounts Payable Representative Requirements
• Proven experience with data entry in an accounting or finance environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Accounts Payable Representative Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance support roles
