Accounts Receivable Associate Compensation

The pay for this position is up to $19.23 per hour.

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Accounts Receivable Associate Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office approximately 4 days per month, plus additional days as needed for training and other requirements.

The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Accounts Receivable Associate Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate account resolution for outstanding credit balances.

Maintain chronological notes that document actions taken to resolve outstanding insurance and/or patient credit balances.

Maintain patient demographic information and data collection systems.

Complete all assigned work queues according to payer and company policy guidelines.

Work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment to ensure timely and accurate refunds to insurance providers and patients.

Research and respond to insurance companies and other third-party entities regarding overpayments and related inquiries by telephone, via the internet, and in writing.
Accounts Receivable Associate Requirements

1+ years of experience performing healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, or insurance collections.

1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Must live within 1 hour of the Monroeville, PA office.

High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with specialty pharmacy billing/collections.

Problem resolution experience within healthcare reimbursement/claims.
