Accounts Receivable Compensation

• The pay for this position is $18.55/hr
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Accounts Receivable Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is: Mostly Remote with 1-2 days onsite a month. M-F 8:00am-4:30pm

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities

• The AR Representative is charged with maximizing cash flow by ensuring that an accurate and complete accounting of each members balance due is maintained.
• This position will also be responsible for documenting and executing account reconciliation through potential adjustments and refunds due on patient’s account.
• The representative will also be monitoring and working payment errors and reversal reports on a weekly basis

Accounts Receivable Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• 1+ year(s) of experience performing or explaining healthcare reimbursement/collections or medical insurance billing
• 0-2 years of pharmacy billing experience

Accounts Receivable Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience performing phone work explaining patient/member responsibility
• 1+ year(s) experience in self-pay collections
• 1+ year(s) experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Pharmacy Experience
