NOW HIRING!! A-Line Staffing is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant for a role in Kokomo, IN. The ideal candidate will have the ability to process information, build spreadsheets, track progress, and learn process of this form our team. This role will be working to set up new EV plants with their HVAC. Will be working out of a Construction Trailer on site. APPLY NOW!
Work schedule will most likely be 5-6 days per week, working 8-10 hours per day.
Pay Rate: 20-24.00 per hour depending on Experience
Admin. Support roles are incorporated into the team right away, with mentors who are excited to lead and teach. You will provide general office Administrative duties along with the list below. Should have solid MS Office skills and stable work history.
- Learn effective communication by working with a project manager.
- Develop a deeper understanding of programs like Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam, Navis Works, and Quotesoft.
- Write professional emails, read technical drawings, and decipher job specifications.
- Participate in meetings to learn about the communication between the general contractor, subcontractors, and field team.
- Be exposed to job site safety and have multiple opportunities to visit a live job site.

Qualifications
- Education: Higher education degree, high school diploma or GED
- Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong desire for continued growth and learning in a team environment
- Problem solving and attention to detail
