- Monitors and tracks provider issues, serious incidents, and licensing issues.
- Reviews and analyzes AE data to determine necessity of sanctions.
- Assists in management of program initiatives including Regulatory Updates, Enterprise Licensing, and Regional Consistency.
- Reviews and approves responses to correspondence from providers, families, legislators, and the community.
- Provides general leadership and training for workload managers to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Manages appeal processing, ECM data entry, and tracking.
- Manages the BHSL HQ email inquiries.
- Manages Right to Know Law requests for BHSL.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and at least five (5) years' experience in a related field.
- 1+ years experience as BHSL workload manager strongly recommended.
