Job Summary
A-Line Staffing is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an onsite opportunity in Centennial, Colorado. This is a great fit for an organized, professional administrative candidate with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience supporting a team or department in a fast-paced office environment.
This role is contract-to-hire, offering the opportunity to transition into a full-time position with the client.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to a department or individual
- Perform word processing, filing, faxing, and general clerical duties
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Greet and direct visitors
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conferences
- Maintain financial and other internal records
- Obtain office supplies and assist with mail distribution
- Support special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
