Job Description
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Collection Specialist (French Speaking) – Day Shift.
This is a contract-to-hire position working Monday through Friday, with shifts from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

Collection Specialist (French Speaking) Compensation
- Pay rate: $26.50 per hour
- Benefits available after 90 days (if applicable)
- Contract-to-hire opportunity
Collection Specialist (French Speaking) Job Highlights
- Must be fluent in French (written and verbal)
- Responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payment
- Work closely with customers to resolve payment issues and escalated collection concerns

Collection Specialist (French Speaking) Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts proactively
- Identify and facilitate resolution of disputed receivables
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer account queries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account documentation
- Escalate issues to internal partners and senior management as appropriate
- Recommend process improvements to management
Collection Specialist (French Speaking) Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in commercial collections
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Superior customer service skills
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of collection techniques such as skip tracing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Collection Specialist (French Speaking) Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SAP
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working in Global Business Services environment
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
