Analyst I - Network Relations Compensation

• The pay for this position is $28.83 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Analyst I - Network Relations Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is M-F 8 AM – 5 PM CST
• This is a remote position but must be located in Kansas

Analyst I - Network Relations Responsibilities

• We are seeking a person to support the Provider Experience team in the Kansas Medicaid Market. This individual would conduct provider outreach for state revalidations, provider direct audits, and HCBS audit follow up.
• They would assist providers with contracting issues and claims issues.
• This position would provider education to providers on policy updates, authorization issues and more.
• Conduct Provider outreach with script
• Track outreach/project progress on excel spread sheet
• Provide education to providers
• Assist to resolve contracting and claims issues
• Other tasks as assigned

Analyst I - Network Relations Requirements

• Must be located in Kansas
• Professional communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite of tools
• Experience working with insurance claims and interacting with providers
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
