Location: Zelienople, PA
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview
The Assembler 1 performs a variety of tasks in the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. This role involves operating and maintaining equipment, conducting quality inspections, and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines. No prior experience is required; training will be provided, though basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, and package medical devices following SOPs and quality guidelines.
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment as required.
- Conduct quality inspections on processing lines according to specifications.
- Accurately read, interpret, and follow work instructions and documentation.
- Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as needed to support production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior experience required; 0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools a plus.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and rotate between tasks.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a production environment and maintain safe practices.
