A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Assembler in Mannford, OK.
The Assembler 1 would be working for a Fortune 500 medical manufacturing company and has career growth potential.
This is a full-time position, 40+ hours per week.

Assembler Compensation

• The pay for this position is $16.50 per hour

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Assembler Highlights

• Schedule: Second Shift, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday–Thursday)
  Overtime available on Fridays and some Saturdays

Assembler Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly work by following standard procedures and instructions

• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance

• Generate required documentation for the Device History Record (DHR)

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, work orders, Bills of Materials, and SOPs

• Provide feedback on production methods and product design

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts such as 5S and process standardization

• Accurately complete records, logs, and other documentation

• Work in the Drainage team area and perform other duties as assigned

Assembler Requirements

• Ability to read proficiently and write legibly

• Capable of analyzing charts/graphs and following diagrams and manufacturing procedures

• Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and consistency

• Must maintain neat and complete documentation

Assembler Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 5S or other continuous improvement initiatives is a plus

• Previous light manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred
