ASSEMBLER - OVERNIGHTS | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Sumter SC 29153 – 100% On-site
• Payrate: $18.50/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• • 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off (weekends included)

ASSEMBLER - OVERNIGHTS | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Assembler will support the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on manufacturing experience who are comfortable working overnight shifts and in non–climate-controlled conditions.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

ASSEMBLER - OVERNIGHTS | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
• Conduct quality inspections in accordance with established specifications
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
• Accurately document work and maintain attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Rotate into different tasks as business needs require

ASSEMBLER - OVERNIGHTS | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret specifications
• Comfortable using basic measurement tools (e.g., microscopes)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Steel toe shoes required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Non–climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds as needed
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
