ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Sumter South Carolina 29153 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $18.50/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time H Shift | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Overnight)
- Schedule: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off (Rotation includes weekends)
ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Assembler will be focused on the fabrication, testing, and packaging of medical devices. If you have a strong work ethic and previous experience in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Production & Assembly: Perform a variety of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, and assembly of medical devices.
- Equipment Maintenance: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment under standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections on the processing line to ensure products meet strict specifications and quality guidelines.
- Packaging: Prepare and package finished medical devices for shipment.
- Precision Work: Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes, to ensure assembly accuracy.
ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience (Previous manufacturing work is highly preferred).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (12-hour shifts) and occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- Safety Gear: Steel-toed shoes are required.
- Basic math calculations, ability to read/interpret English specifications, and strong attention to detail.
