ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Sumter SC 29153 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $15.30/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 4pm to Midnight
ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Assembler is responsible for the precision manufacture, assembly, and testing of medical devices within a regulated environment. This role involves operating and troubleshooting production equipment, performing detailed quality inspections according to strict SOPs, and collaborating with a team to ensure all packaging and safety specifications are met.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Medical Device Assembly: Perform tasks involved in the manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
- Equipment Operations: Set up, operate, perform routine maintenance on, and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections on the processing line to ensure all products meet established specifications and quality guidelines.
- Process Adherence: Work strictly within defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scientific methods.
- Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with co-workers and supervisors, with a willingness to rotate through different tasks and responsibilities as required.
ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 2+ years of manufacturing assembly experience is required.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English specifications and perform basic math calculations; ability to use basic measurement tools.
- Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; must be able to lift or move at least 25 pounds.
