ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Zelienople 16063 – 100% On-site
- Payrate: $17/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

- Availability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible or extended hours if needed.
ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Assembler is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and packaging of medical devices within a structured manufacturing environment. Working under strict quality guidelines (SOPs), you will operate production equipment and perform detailed inspections to ensure all products meet safety specifications.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembly & Fabrication: Perform various tasks involved in the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
- Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and perform basic troubleshooting/maintenance on production equipment.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections on the processing line to ensure products meet strict safety and quality specifications.
- Compliance: Work within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all safety and quality guidelines.
ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience (Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus).
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English.
- Basic math calculations and the ability to use measurement tools (like microscopes).
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be punctual and able to work flexible or extended hours if needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move at least 50 pounds.
