ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Zelienople, PA 16063 – 100% On-site
- Payrate: $17/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Assembler will support the production of medical devices by performing assembly, testing, and packaging tasks while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. You will operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment while ensuring all work complies with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembly & Fabrication: Perform various tasks involved in the manufacture and testing of medical devices.
- Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections on the processing line to ensure products meet strict specifications and adhere to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Documentation: Read, write, and interpret English-language specifications to ensure accuracy in the assembly process.
- Precision Work: Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes, to ensure product integrity.
ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience (we will train the right candidate).
- Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible or extended hours if needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
